The college life can
cause a student to feel very stressful. A college student must balance so many
things to achieve the goals they want. That builds stress and that causes us to
worry about the test we have next Friday, or finding a job in the future. Sometimes
we even stress out when we’re having fun! The best way to deal with stress is
to find an activity that you enjoy or get some laughter going. Stress is easier
to deal with when laughter is involved or when you tell other people your
problems. Dealing with stress is an important skill. You need to find what
relaxes you so you can deal with it better in the future.
